This sale is consistent with other recent ?Sale Price Per Square Foot? figures we have seen on move-in ready homes here in the Grove.? In just the past few months the numbers in this segment of the market?have increased from $380?to $400, and now to $414 per square foot.? I also know of several?pending sales which?will hit the $400/sf mark.

I believe we have hit?a new benchmark for?the values of move-in ready homes and buyers should be advised that prices will go up every day until?the supply is replenished.
