Crossroads residents say Lowe's Home Improvement is the place to go for all your flooring needs.
The retailer was voted the best carpet and flooring store in the Victoria Advocate's Best of the Best contest.
Lowe's assistant store manager Pete Ramos said it comes back to the employees and customer service.
"When a customer leaves, we want to have answered all their questions," Ramos said.
Lowe's recognizes that not every shopper prefers DIY, so it offers installation and backs up the work with a one-year guarantee.
"We'll be here in the long run to help them out," Ramos said. "Our installers, with the experience and background they have, bring a lot to the table."
